The use of our website is basically free of charge. Costs are only incurred by companies or providers who wish to list their services or companies on Cyber100TOP. There are various packages available to arrange a listing on Cyber100TOP - including a free entry option.

Our privacy policy applies to the use of this portal. By using the portal, you accept our privacy policy and these terms of use.

If you have an entry for your company, service or software on this platform and publish it, you are obliged to keep your entry up to date at all times. You must make changes to the entry yourself no later than 7 days after you become aware of the change. If you have your own entry on this platform, you are referred to as the "provider". As a provider, you are obliged to be available to us at the email address provided. If we write to you, you as the provider are obliged to provide the requested information within 14 days at the latest. If you as a provider do not fulfill this obligation, we reserve the right to block your entry temporarily or permanently. We can make the unblocking of an entry dependent on the fact that you have previously fulfilled your obligations as a provider in full and have answered inquiries completely and truthfully.

We carry out regular spot checks to verify the correctness of the entries on this platform. As a provider, you are obliged to provide all documents and information required for the verification of published information. This applies in particular to reviews.

As a provider, you also have the right to inform us if a rating has been made that does not correspond to the truth. In this case, we will arrange for the review to be checked, which will result in a flat-rate review fee of €50, payable regardless of the outcome of the review.

As a user of this platform, you have the opportunity to rate providers. All ratings must be truthful. We reserve the right to check submitted ratings for accuracy. As the author of a review, you are obliged to provide us with all documents and information that we require to check the truthfulness of a review. If we do not provide this information upon request, we may temporarily block or permanently delete your review.

It is strictly forbidden to submit false reviews, regardless of whether they are positive or negative. Submitting false reviews may result in us excluding you from using this platform and exercising our virtual domiciliary rights. 

If a provider arranges for a review to be checked and the platform operator decides that an allegation is untrue, the author of the untrue allegation is obliged to reimburse the provider who commissioned the review for the costs incurred.

If you as a user inform us of an incorrect fact, you will not incur any obligations or costs as a result of this notification. We would like to support every user in maintaining the quality of the platform at the highest possible level and therefore raffle off prizes of 3 x 10 €, 2 x 20 € and 1 x 50 € once a year among all reporters of incorrect information. The winners can be announced by us and agree to the publication of their user name. If you do not wish this to happen, please let us know in a message that you do not wish to take part in the prize draw. The draw takes place once a year on 31.12. of each year, there is no legal entitlement.

If you have your own account (user account) on this platform, you are obliged to keep the details in your user account up to date at all times, i.e. in the event of changes, to make these changes within 7 days at the latest and to update your user account. Furthermore, as a user you are obliged to be permanently available at the e-mail address stored in your user account. You agree that messages to you may be sent to this e-mail address at any time. If your e-mail address is unavailable to us for more than 12 days or if we do not receive a response from you within 12 days of sending it to your e-mail inbox, we may temporarily or permanently close or delete your user account.

This platform is offered on a voluntary basis. The platform operator is entitled to change its offer and content at any time or to discontinue it in whole or in part. Changes to the terms of use or the privacy policy will also be published on this platform. Users of the platform are obliged to inform themselves independently about the current version of these terms and conditions, but at the latest on a monthly basis.
